I ordered three custom luggage tags and only received one. I emailed customer service and no one has responded to fix the error. This was for my sisters birthday and now I have spent money on product that I never received and she will not get her gift in time. They never sent an email when it was shipped either so I had to go into the original email to check the status. Which is harder to do than if they just noticed when it was shipped. I still need the two other luggage tags I paid for.
