RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Leatherius Woodman, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a refund within 30 days of delivery for unused, non-personalized, and non-customized products purchased from our website. This policy is clearly accessible on our website's footer and "Returns" page.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Products must be in original condition with all tags attached and no signs of wear or use.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or customized products

Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process. The entire return process, from initiation to refund, typically takes 20-30 days.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund within 14 days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to be posted to your account, depending on your payment processor (Shopify Payments or PayPal).

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you wish to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at leatherius.woodman (at) gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will promptly send a replacement or issue a refund.
