We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We are pleased to offer a refund within 30 days of delivery unused; non-personalized and non-customized products from our website.

What is eligible for return?
We are committed to the quality of our items and gladly offer refunds for non-personalized products that are in an entirely new and unused state. However, personalized items, final sale products, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange. Any items returned displaying signs of use, scratches, or other damage will not be accepted.

    • Personalized or customized products

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
