Carnation January Birth Flower Keychain – Leather Birthday Gift
About this piece
The carnation is the birth flower for January, and its ruffled head keeps for weeks in a vase. January birthdays fall in the quiet after Christmas and are easy to overlook, so a gift for one goes a long way. Ours shows the carnation in side view, its top a tight ruffle above a cup-shaped calyx, on a straight stem with one narrow leaf. Carnation sits beneath in brush script, with JANUARY in engraved capitals.
Blush is a soft, pale pink, the shade of the carnations in a florist's bucket. The design is die-pressed into the front of full-grain leather and made by hand to order. Seventeen leathers are available on request, and US shipping is free.
