Performance Contractors × Leatherius Woodman – a leather stamping study

From the Practice Log – an ongoing series of stamping studies on real-world logos.

An August study.

For Performance Contractors.

First, for the warm-up, we put the Performance Contractors logo on the luggage tags – golden tan and navy, both pulled from the mark's own sweep. The black tag carries it in gold.

Next, we took "We Build Better" and stamped the moment it happens: the frame stands finished except for one bay, and the crane is lowering the last beam into it – exactly where the plan said it would go.

Then, the catchall tray. Every site has a laydown yard – the tidy square where material waits until the schedule calls for it. We pressed one into the base, so the desk gets its own.

And finally, the journals. Everything worth building gets built twice – first on paper, then in steel – so the cover carries a plant half drawn in dashed lines, half already standing, above BUILT TWICE. Pale warm greige for the paper, black for the steel.
