Kept & Carried – a stamped leather collection of everyday rituals

Kept & Carried is a small collection for the objects that see a person through a day – carried out the door in the morning, emptied back onto the desk at night. Good leather keeps a record of that service, and each of these five designs gives one daily ritual its words.
First, the luggage tag. We sent a swallow flying across it – the sailor's bird, the one that always finds its way home – with TRAVELS WELL beneath its wings. A tag's whole job is the return trip.
The black tag carries the swallow in gold. The warm tan and the navy take a blind press.
Next, the keychain. We drew an old keyhole and set LET YOURSELF IN beneath it – the sentence a new set of keys has been waiting to say. A fine housewarming gift, and a quiet wedding one too.
The black fob carries the words in gold.
Then the journal, where a day files its report. We stamped a footnote mark over IT HAPPENED LIKE THIS in the lower corner – every page inside is the footnote.
Looks great when stamped onto the leather – once in deep brown, once in deep wine.
After that, the catchall tray. A sun goes down into a long horizon line with THE DAY ENDS HERE beneath it – this is where the pockets get emptied and the keys spend the night.
And finally, the kit. A shaving brush and a razor crossed like a small coat of arms, with IN GOOD ORDER underneath – a morning that begins with its tools where they belong. It looks genuinely beautiful pressed blind into the corner.
