About this closing gift set
Real estate closing gifts work best when the buyer uses them on move-in day. This set pairs a leather document folder for the closing paperwork with a keychain for the new house keys. Agents and brokerages put their logo on the folder, as do mortgage lenders and title companies; the keychain carries a small house mark or the new address.

Personalization
Choose initials or a name in one of 9 monogram styles, or send your logo. Stamps are a blind deboss by default, with antique gold foil on request. Your brokerage logo goes on the folder, and the keychain takes a small house mark or the new address. A logo on a single piece carries a one-time $35 die fee; bulk orders include the die free.

Our standard interior gives the folder two full-height pockets for closing documents and a business card slot. The keychain is a leather fob on a brass split ring.

Custom options include a house-key pocket in the folder, or the address and closing date on the keychain.

Leather and care
Choose from 17 leather colors in the leather color card on this page; the one pictured is Country Gray. Full-grain hide keeps its natural markings and builds a patina with handling. For care, wipe it with a dry cloth and condition it once or twice a year. Keep it away from long soaks.
