About this room directory
Guests open the hotel room directory to find the Wi-Fi password and breakfast hours, and a leather cover with your logo on the front makes that first look part of the stay. Boutique hotels and B&Bs keep one in every room. Vacation rental and Airbnb hosts leave theirs on the kitchen counter for arrivals.

Personalization
Your logo sits centered on the front. A property name or initials in one of 9 monogram styles work as well. Blind deboss is the default, and antique gold foil is available on request. One logo on a single piece carries a one-time $35 die fee; bulk orders include the logo die free.
The inside, made for you
The standard interior has 2 brass screw posts with 10 clear page sleeves for 20 pages, expandable as your guide grows, plus an inside-front pocket for a map or welcome letter.
We build the interior around how you'll use it – page sleeves or screw posts, pockets, card slots, pen loops, the exact insert size. Prefer to keep it simple? Choose our standard interior and we'll take it from there. Before production we send a layout proof for your approval.
Custom options include a 4-ring binder, A4 size, a tablet holder, and a matching tissue box cover with key card sleeves.
Orders for your business
Team pricing starts at just 3 pieces, so a small shop, office or venue can order a handful. Per room directory:
- 3–9 pieces: $75.50 each
- 10–24 pieces: $62.50 each
- 25–49 pieces: $55 each
- 50+ pieces: $49 each

Leather and care
The hotel compendium comes in 17 leather colors, shown in the leather color card on this page; the one pictured is Dark Espresso. Natural markings differ from hide to hide, and guest handling slowly builds a patina. Housekeeping can wipe it with a dry cloth between stays. Condition once or twice a year and keep it away from long soaks.
Made to order
We make each directory by hand after you order. Usual turnaround is about 2 weeks; bulk orders take about 2–3 weeks after proof approval. Opening for the season on a fixed date? Tell us and we rush when we can. Shipping is free in the US and $15 worldwide.
