About this pen case
Two pens, one slim sleeve. Our leather pen case is a stitched slip sleeve sized for a pair of standard pens, easy to drop into a briefcase or a desk drawer. Law firms and financial advisors give it to clients with their logo running along its length, and with initials it makes a thoughtful fountain pen gift to go with a pen you've already chosen.

Personalization
Initials or a name go on in one of 9 monogram styles, or we stamp your logo. The text runs lengthwise along the sleeve. A blind deboss is the default; antique gold foil is available on request. One logo on a single piece carries a one-time $35 die fee, and bulk orders include the logo die free.

Team pricing starts at 5 pieces, enough for a small office or team. Per pen case:
- 5–9 pieces: $24 each
- 10–24 pieces: $20.50 each
- 25–49 pieces: $18 each
- 50–99 pieces: $16 each
- 100+ pieces: $14 each

Leather and care
Choose from 17 leather colors in the leather color card on this page; the sleeve pictured is Dark Espresso. Natural markings stay visible in full-grain hide, and the color deepens into a patina where your hand meets it most. To care for it, wipe with a dry cloth and condition once or twice a year. Keep it away from long soaks.
Made to order
We make every pen case by hand after the order comes in. Usual turnaround is about 2 weeks, with bulk orders taking about 2–3 weeks after proof approval. Need it by a closing date or a holiday? Tell us the deadline and we'll rush when we can. Shipping is free in the US and $15 worldwide.
