Fifer & Associates × Leatherius Woodman – a leather stamping study
From the Practice Log – an ongoing series of stamping studies on real-world logos.
An August study.
For the warm-up, we put the framed F&A mark on the luggage tags – and noticed, while redrawing it, the little white house already sheltering inside the A. We ran the trio in the monogram's own deep green and a warm tan; the third tag is true black. The black tag carries the mark in gold.

Next, the promise. "Your Vision is Our Commitment" – so we drew a house that is half plan, half built. Dashed draftsman's lines turn solid at the ridge, and one unbroken foundation bar runs beneath both halves, because the commitment is poured before the walls rise.

It looks genuinely beautiful pressed into the toiletry bags, warm tan over deep brown.

And we gave it the whole golden-tan floor of the catchall tray.

Then, the keychains. Fifer & Associates began in 1999 helping Memphis families into homes of their own, so the fob carries a house whose front door is a keyhole – the keys it will hold are the whole point. MEMPHIS underneath, on a deep green fob and a warm tan one.

Looks great when stamped onto the leather.

And finally, the journals, where a vision first gets written down. YOUR VISION stands in open letters, still on paper; OUR COMMITMENT sits solid beneath it, on the same poured bar – one journal deep green, the other a pale warm greige.

We made this out of love. Leatherius Woodman is on a mission to create and share artifacts of beauty, craft and love – this study is one of them, and we hope the feeling is mutual. Every image is a render – how we prototype before cutting a die.
