Hadyn & Logan × Leatherius Woodman – a private wedding gift study

Hadyn and Logan marry in Biloxi, Mississippi, on Saturday, November 21, 2026. Theirs is a room that assembles from a distance, bags in hand, down to where the Gulf keeps November mild – and a gathering that travels deserves a small object made for the journey.
They were best friends before the rest of it, and their published story moves: four years of college distance closed month by month on the road, then a ring that traveled a long way and was nearly discovered before its moment. We read those pages and sketched three directions a guest tag could take, each with its own emotional job. These are speculations from our bench, drawn without a commission, and the page stays private unless it proves welcome.
The held ampersand
Their own published lockup, set as a small typographic monument. H and L flank a larger ampersand; beneath them a plain rule, and beneath the rule the date, 11.21.2026. The ampersand alone is allowed extra size, because the ampersand is the whole argument of the day. A mark like this earns its place as a guest gift by being theirs already – every guest at every table reads the same quiet welcome. In the render one stamp holds across a family of three: blind-debossed in cognac and in natural, gold foil on black.
Sun over one wave
Biloxi, reduced to what we could defend. One solid sun above one bold wave inside a plain circle; beneath the circle, BILOXI, and under that, 2026. The empty space between sun and water does most of the carrying. We kept every landmark off the die on purpose, and will admit the restraint took some discipline – the coast hands you ornament for free. In the render the circle sits pressed blind into blueberry and into weathered cognac, where the shadow of the deboss does the coloring; the third tag, black, carries it in gold foil.
The road that became a ring
One continuous line enters from the left as a road and loops once into a ring, a small solid stone at its crown. Then it settles back to level and carries on. Their pages tell of four years of monthly miles and of a ring that traveled; we would press no more of that story into leather than this abstraction, since a story so specific is easy to over-illustrate. The words beneath, WORTH EVERY MILE, are our own offering – if Hadyn and Logan prefer their lockup there, the swap is a morning's work. Shown pressed blind into warm camel and forest green, with black taking the same line in gold foil.
We made this out of love. Leatherius Woodman is on a mission to create and share artifacts of beauty, craft and love – this study is one of them, and we hope the feeling is mutual. Every image is a render – how we prototype before cutting a die.
