HealthMed Realty × Leatherius Woodman – a leather stamping study
From the Practice Log – an ongoing series of stamping studies on real-world logos.
An August study.
For HealthMed Realty.
For the warm-up, we put the HealthMed Realty logo on the luggage tags. A warm red tag answers the H and a pale greige one answers the quiet card fields of their site; the third is true black. The black tag carries the logo in gold foil, and the other two take a blind deboss.

Next, the toiletry bags. HealthMed works one coast from two offices, Los Gatos in the north and Solana Beach in the south, so the bag that travels between them carries the route – one coastline, two solid points. It sits small in the lower corner of a true black bag stacked on a deep brown one.
It looks genuinely beautiful.

Then, the keychains. The best suites in medical real estate change hands before they ever reach a listing, so the fob carries a door the way an architect draws one, swung fully open with its swing arc, and OFF MARKET beneath. The key on the ring finishes the joke. On the true black fob the door goes down in gold foil; the warm red fob takes a blind deboss.

For the catchall tray, we took the line from their homepage – medical real estate is "the only thing we do" – and drew a city grid of twenty parcels with exactly one filled solid. Pressed at a generous size into the golden tan tray.
Looks great when stamped onto the leather.

And finally, the one we liked the most. Every HealthMed engagement moves through Understand, Identify, Negotiate and Execute, and a journal is where the first step actually happens. So the cover checks the first box and leaves the other three to the work – on a warm mid-gray journal and a warm red one, both blind debossed.

We made this out of love. Leatherius Woodman is on a mission to create and share artifacts of beauty, craft and love – this study is one of them, and we hope the feeling is mutual. Every image is a render – how we prototype before cutting a die.
