JETSET Pilates Downtown Miami × Leatherius Woodman – a leather stamping study
From the Practice Log – an ongoing series of stamping studies on real-world marks.
A August study.
JETSET Pilates Downtown Miami teaches under a two-word promise, “DESTINATION BODY”, and glosses it as “50-minute dynamic Pilates sessions. Unrivaled transformation.” The signature JETSETter class spends its fifty minutes on custom reformers, high intensity carried on a low-impact machine. The brand was founded by Tamara Galinsky in Miami in 2010.
This studio belongs to Darcy Towsley, whom Galinsky has publicly called a longtime client and friend who crossed the floor into ownership. The commitment has square footage: a ten-year lease on 1,500 square feet, second floor of the Centro Downtown condominium at 151 SE 1st Street. We took that as reason enough to press the mark.
The mark, as found

A circular emblem carries a geometric J; beside it runs the uppercase JETSET wordmark, with MODERN PILATES set small beneath. The site serves the lockup in white, so we show it here on a dark ground, exactly as the header wears it.
Pressed
The lockup is wide, roughly three and a half times longer than it is tall, so the tags run lengthwise with straps to the left. Blueberry and gray sand take the mark as a blind deboss – the navy answers the site’s slate blue, the pale greige its quiet visual field. The third tag is black, and there the white mark earns its gold foil pass. Three singles, proven one at a time, then gathered into a single family photograph.

The runway underfoot
“DESTINATION BODY” is travel language borrowed for embodied work, and the studio’s own machine completes the thought: a reformer carriage travels on rails. Our companion die, Destination Runway, reads those rails as a runway receding to a single point, centerline dashes shrinking toward a small disc held above the horizon, the tagline stacked beneath. The destination named on the sign is the one the rider carries home. It stamps compact and upright, a blind deboss below the rivet of a keychain duo in blueberry and gray sand – sized for member milestones and instructor thanks at honest studio quantities.

We made this out of love. Leatherius Woodman is on a mission to create and share artifacts of beauty, craft and love – this study is one of them, and we hope the feeling is mutual. Every image is a render – how we prototype before cutting a die.
