Three leather luggage-tag studies for Press Ganey

The useful space between two sides
Press Ganey frames its work around Human Experience, helping healthcare organizations understand patients, workforce, safety, and performance. A gift in that setting should feel attentive and capable, without leaning on medical symbols or survey graphics.
The compact brand mark is built from two stacked blocks separated by a narrow open channel. That gap is the most interesting part. It can become the space where a conversation travels, the slit through which a message is delivered, or the lane across which responsibility changes hands.
These luggage-tag studies could suit team recognition, client councils, conferences, or leadership gatherings. Each remains human even when the construction begins with simple geometry.
Leather and treatment
Blueberry and Turquoise receive blind debosses. Black receives warm gold. The blocks become outlines so their negative space remains clean at stamp scale.
The three concepts
1. The Conversation
Two speech bubbles face one another with a small spark between them. Their stacked proportions come from the two brand blocks, now opened into a real exchange. The picture makes listening visible without using a rating scale or a data chart.
2. Postcard Through the Slot
A postcard is pushed through a horizontal mail slot. The mark's central channel becomes the opening, and the two blocks become its plates. The result is about a message moving from one side to another, which gives the brand's feedback work a humble everyday analogue.
3. The Baton Pass
Two hands pass a relay baton over one parallel motion line. The split-path construction becomes coordinated transfer: one person holds responsibility until another has it securely. It is direct enough for a team gift and resonant enough for an organization working across roles, units, and moments of care.
