Three luggage-tag studies for Realtor Beth

From the Practice Log – an ongoing series of stamping studies on real-world organizations.

An August study.

A place to pause, play, and arrive

Realtor Beth serves the Greater Tampa Bay area with routes for buying, selling, property search, home valuation, land and investment questions, and business purchases. The public presentation is personal and spacious, with Florida property imagery and a clear emphasis on matching place to long-term goals.

The current visual system combines a shallow roof peak, one small offset chimney, three rounded porch arches, and a long driveway narrowing toward an entrance. These studies do not reproduce initials, the name, the roof lockup, brokerage marks, addresses, or familiar real-estate shorthand. The geometry instead becomes a resting open book, three croquet wickets on a lawn, and a stepping-stone path leading toward a bench.

As leather luggage tags, the designs could suit an approved closing, relocation, referral thank-you, vendor relationship, community occasion, investor trip, or year-end gift. They remain independent proposals and do not imply a transaction, client relationship, brokerage approval, or endorsement.

Leather and treatment

Deep blue-green, warm tan, and charcoal leather echo the site's Florida greens, shaded neutrals, and crisp outlines without becoming branded merchandise. Tonal impressions keep the scenes relaxed; a thin antique-brass line gives the charcoal tag a sunlit, occasion-ready finish.

The three concepts

1. The Resting Open Book

A book lies open face-down, its spine rising into a shallow peak while page edges extend to either side. The silhouette quietly inherits the roofline, but the first read is an object put down at the end of a good chapter.

2. Croquet on the Lawn

One ball waits beside three evenly spaced croquet wickets. The rounded sequence comes from the home's porch arches and turns them into a garden game that feels social, local, and immediately legible.

3. Stepping Stones to a Bench

Five square stepping stones diminish toward a simple garden bench. The receding driveway becomes an invitation to arrive and pause, rather than another literal house, door, key, or property icon.

These are independent design studies for appropriate team, partner, collaborator, adviser, vendor, volunteer, or client occasions. No affiliation, approval, or endorsement is implied. Every image is a render used to test the object before cutting a physical die.

We made this out of love. Leatherius Woodman is on a mission to create and share artifacts of beauty, craft and love – this study is one of them, and we hope the feeling is mutual.
