Newfoundlands worked beside fishermen on the Canadian coast, hauling nets and swimming with webbed feet through cold water. Ours stands on black leather with its deep barrel body and a plumed tail hanging low. THE NEWFIE goes under the paws in engraved capitals.
Black full-grain hide takes the blind deboss as a play of shadow and edge, and a metal die does the work. Over time the leather softens and earns a mellow sheen. Every fob is handmade to order, and gold foil is an option you can add at checkout.
