Summers Off They Say Teacher Keychain – Funny Leather Teacher Gift

About this piece

Every teacher has heard it at a backyard barbecue: must be nice to have summers off. This keychain answers in two words. A hand bell stands at the top of the fob, with Summers off in brush script below it and THEY SAY in engraved capitals, the reply teachers give with a tired smile while planning next year's lessons in July.

Indian Summer is a warm golden tan, the color of late August when classrooms are set up again. A metal die presses the design into full-grain leather, and the fob is made by hand to order, so teachers can order a few for the whole hallway. Gold foil is available at checkout, and US shipping is free.
