Custom logo notebooks in full-grain leather
Each journal wraps a refillable insert of 80 leaves (160 pages) in soft full-grain leather, with lined or plain paper and a leather strap that holds it closed. Small measures 4 3/8 × 6 3/16 in and Medium 5 7/16 × 7 7/8 in. We cut a die from your logo and press it into the cover, so the mark sits in the leather itself and lasts as long as the journal does. The customized leather journal is our logo model, and every color below takes a logo the same way.

How much do bulk leather journals cost?
Small journals are $39.50 for 10–24, $36.50 for 25–49, $33.50 for 50–99, $29.50 for 100+. Medium journals add $4 each. Prices include your logo die and US shipping.
What is the difference between debossed and embossed journals?
A deboss presses the logo down into the leather; an emboss raises it above the surface. We deboss, either blind (tone on tone) or with gold foil in the impression, because a pressed logo keeps the cover flat and holds fine detail on leather.
What logo file do you need?
A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) is ideal, and a sharp PNG works too. We turn it into a one-color die, so gradients and colors become a single pressed shape. You approve a proof before we cut the die.
Can each journal have a different name?
Yes, at no extra cost. Keep the same logo on every cover and add a name or initials for each person, on the cover or inside. Send the list by email after checkout and we match it to the order.
How long does a team order take?
Team orders ship in one to three weeks after you approve the proof. If an event or a start date is close, add it as your deadline when you order; we can move fast when a deadline pushes.
Can you make a different size or a fully bound journal?
Yes. We make the journals ourselves, so we can change the size, make a fully bound journal instead of a refillable one, use dot grid or your own printed page layout, and add pockets. Write to us with what you need and we send a proof and a price.
Are the journals refillable?
Yes. The insert of 80 leaves slides out when it is full and a fresh one goes in, lined or plain, so the leather cover and the logo stay in use for years.
Can we mix leather colors in one order?
Yes. Pick one leather on the order and send the color split by email, for example half Dark Espresso and half Black. The team price follows the total quantity.
Can I see my logo on a journal before ordering?
Yes. The mockup card on the customized leather journal page sends you a picture of your logo pressed into the journal, usually within 15 minutes, free of charge.
How do I pay for a team order?
By card at checkout, or by ACH bank transfer if your company prefers to pay an invoice. Write to us and we send the invoice.
