About this hat patch
Leather hat patches carry a brand the way a brewery or a golf club wants it seen, pressed deep into the leather so every line casts a crisp shadow. The order covers the patches alone, ready for you to sew onto your own caps. Contractors and outdoor brands put them on crew hats, and merch shops and teams sell them by the stack.

Personalization
Send your logo, or choose initials or a name in one of 9 monogram styles. We press it deep across the face of the patch. Blind deboss is the default; antique gold foil is available on request. One logo on a single piece carries a one-time $35 die fee, and bulk orders include the logo die free.

Team pricing starts at 10 pieces. Per hat patch, Rectangle 3 x 2 in:
- 10–24 pieces: $9 each
- 25–49 pieces: $7.50 each
- 50–99 pieces: $6 each
- 100+ pieces: $4.75 each

Leather and care
Patches come in 17 leather colors, shown in the leather color card on this page; the one pictured is Caramel. Expect natural markings from hide to hide. Sun and sweat deepen the color over time, and the patina is part of the look on a well-worn cap. Wipe with a dry cloth and condition once or twice a year. Keep them away from long soaks, which rules out the washing machine.
Made to order
We make every batch by hand after you order. Turnaround is about 2 weeks for small orders and about 2–3 weeks for bulk after proof approval. Need them for a release or a tournament? Tell us the deadline and we rush when we can. Shipping is free in the US and $15 worldwide.
