Make sure the neck girth is smaller than the size of the collar.
If the neck girth and collar girth is the same - the collar won't fit.
Always choose a size bigger if in between sizes.

XS Length: 8-10 inches, Width: 5/8 inches.

Our 1-inch collars can hold up to 18 characters per line, and our 5/8" collars can handle 12.
