First Home Est Year Leather Keychain – Housewarming Closing Gift
About this piece
The first house key arrives at a closing table, usually on a plain ring from the hardware store. This fob gives it a better start. A gabled house with one open doorway stands on its ground line. First home runs beneath in brush script, and EST 2026 follows in engraved capitals. The closing year takes the place of 2026 on the front, so the fob suits a single buyer as well as a couple.
A realtor can order several at once with only the year to collect. Indian Summer is a warm golden tan that deepens toward honey with handling. The design is die-pressed into full-grain leather on one side, and each keychain is made by hand to order. US shipping is free.
