Rebuilt by Hand Piston Keychain – Leather Gift for Engine Builders
About this piece
Some engines come back to life on a bench in a cold garage, with the parts laid out on cardboard in the order they came off. The person who did that work deserves a keychain for the ignition it turns. A piston and connecting rod stand upright at the top of this fob. Rebuilt runs below in brush script, and BY HAND follows in engraved capitals.
Sicilian brown is a warm mid brown with a reddish undertone, close to the color of an old leather tool roll. The design is pressed into full-grain leather with a metal die on the front of the fob. Each keychain is made by hand to order and ships free in the US.
