Go2GrowTravel × Leatherius Woodman – a leather stamping study

From the Practice Log – an ongoing series of stamping studies on real-world logos.

An August study.

For Go2Grow.

For the warm-up, we pressed the GO2GROW lockup lengthwise along the luggage tags, in quiet tones lifted from their own pages – from deep espresso brown down to pale warm greige, with a warm mid-gray between.

Next, their own sentence – "O destino é apenas o começo." On the die, the dashed route everyone sells ends at the pin, and from the same point the line walks on solid. Arrival, then the actual journey.

A black stamping-die design traces a journey through a destination pin beneath the words O Destino É Apenas O Começo for Go2GrowTravel.

On the passport covers it stands where the monogram used to, the first thing opened at every border. Looks great when stamped onto the leather.

The journals carry it too, in warm tan and warm mid-gray – the pages are for what happens after the landing.

Then we let the name act itself out. One unbroken line leaves a small circle as a path and ends as a sprout, GO2GROW beneath. Go, then grow.

On the keychains, in deep espresso and warm tan, it looks genuinely beautiful.

It also went to the lower corner of the toiletry bags, warm mid-gray over deep espresso – the piece that travels the most and gets thanked the least.

And finally, the golden tan catchall tray – where the keys and the boarding stubs land when the trip comes home.

We made this out of love. Leatherius Woodman is on a mission to create and share artifacts of beauty, craft and love – this study is one of them, and we hope the feeling is mutual. Every image is a render – how we prototype before cutting a die.
