Three luggage-tag studies for Havis Power Management

An August study.
A wheel secured, light cast forward, and a connection made
Havis Power Management is the present home of the Vanner power-management heritage following Havis’s 2024 acquisition. Its public material presents inverters, equalizers, battery monitoring, converters, and related systems for mobile and demanding operating environments, joining long product experience with Havis’s broader equipment platform.
The current Havis identity uses a strong navy wordmark, a sharp orange wedge within the letterform, white space, radial light trails, rounded product cards, and close technical views of hardware and connections. These independent studies do not reproduce the wordmark, letters, wedge mark, Vanner nameplate, or a product outline. The wedge becomes a practical wheel chock, the radiating trails become a flashlight’s five beams, and the orange directional flow becomes an S-curved cable joining a plug and socket.
As leather luggage tags, the ideas could be considered for approved manufacturing teams, engineering groups, channel partners, integrators, fleet and public-safety events, service milestones, product launches, or year-end recognition. Each design is understandable without a technical briefing: hold something securely, make the way visible, and establish a dependable connection.
Leather and treatment
Deep navy, strong orange, and natural tan leather closely reflect the current public color contrast while remaining restrained. Tonal impressions keep the industrial objects quiet; antique-brass on tan offers a heritage-minded finish suited to recognizing the people behind durable systems.
The three concepts
1. Wedge Holds the Wheel
A simple triangular chock sits firmly against a large wheel on a ground line. The safety action is instantly legible, and the useful wedge quietly transforms Havis’s sharp orange brand gesture into equipment doing a real job.
2. The Flashlight Fan
A handheld flashlight casts five widening rays across the tag. It reads first as light and readiness; the disciplined fan of lines converts the current site’s energetic radial trails into a compact, useful object.
3. One Good Connection
A plug approaches its socket on an S-shaped cable path. The image is direct and pleasantly familiar, while the flowing connection turns Havis’s directional line work and power-management purpose into one clear physical moment.
These are independent design studies for appropriate team, partner, collaborator, adviser, vendor, volunteer, educator, or client occasions. No affiliation, approval, or endorsement is implied. Every image is a render used to test the object before cutting a physical die.
