Three leather luggage-tag studies for Leadby

Forward movement you can name
Leadby brings leadership coaching into practical programs, networks, and roadmaps. Its language favors connection, learning, improvement, and progress over perfection. A cohort or coaching gift should carry that movement without becoming motivational merchandise.
The current icon contains three nested folded forms advancing to the right inside a calm navy circle. These studies keep a different part of that construction each time, then turn it into something an ordinary viewer can name immediately.
The tags could mark a cohort completion, an offsite, a facilitator thank-you, or a client milestone. Their second reading rewards someone familiar with the brand; the first reading remains useful on its own.
Leather and treatment
Blueberry and Caramel receive blind debosses. Black receives warm gold. Strong folds and open fields keep the designs legible from a distance.
The three concepts
1. Three Open Doors
Three doorways recede toward light. Their increasing scale and sharp folded edges come from the nested forms of the Leadby icon. The image reads as access and choice before it reads as brand geometry, making it a natural fit for a leadership program.
2. The Skipping Stone
A stone crosses water through three growing splashes. Only the icon's three-beat forward rhythm remains. The action feels light, visible, and imperfect in exactly the right way: progress is a series of contacts with the surface, not one heroic leap.
3. Paper Plane Climbing
A paper plane rises on a simple path. Its fold borrows the sharp tip and crease logic of one icon component while leaving the circular mark and triple repetition behind. It is the most travel-ready of the three and an easy symbol of an idea set in motion.
