Luxury Edition Travel × Leatherius Woodman – a leather stamping study

A July study.
Luxury Edition Travel is Victoria Hardison-Sterry's agency in Celebration, Florida, founded after her eighteen-year career at The Walt Disney Company. The habits of that tenure show in how she talks about the work. Her team are problem solvers who think around corners, and the personalized touches she folds into an itinerary have their own name, “LET Experiences”. The initials earn their keep elsewhere too; the line on the door reads “LET Us Take You Where You Want To Go”, wordplay that only lands when a name was chosen with care. The agency is independently owned and operated, affiliated with Lake Shore Travel, a Virtuoso member, and plans everything from cruises to wellness itineraries.
The mark asked for this study almost on its own. A square frame of repeated gold bars, thick and even, surrounds a white field. Inside it a tall black L interlocks with a red E, the E borrowing the L's inner edge for its own spine, and small stacked capitals beneath spell out the full name with hairline rules flanking TRAVEL. A gold-barred frame already looks like strapping on a steamer trunk, and a monogram built on a shared vertical is what a brass stamp was made for. Still, we wanted to see whether that interlock would hold together at tag scale.
The mark, as found

Caramel follows the warm gold of the barred frame, and poppy red answers the E at the heart of the monogram. Black carries the whole lockup in gold foil. The red stem gave us pause; a deboss flattens color into shadow, so the E has to keep its identity on geometry alone. It does, and the credit belongs to whoever drew that shared edge in the first place.
Where You Want To Go
For the companion we borrowed the airline's own furniture. A long tag pressed lengthwise, with LET set large where an airport code would sit and WHERE YOU WANT TO GO running beneath like a destination line. Whether a working baggage carousel would wave it through is a question we are happy to leave open.
