A July study.
Markwood Magic is Lindsey Markwood's agency in Marietta, Georgia – ocean, river and expedition cruising, Europe to Japan to the Caribbean, planned for families that travel in generations. Her mission is seven words she actually means: helping others create wonderful memories through travel. Her mark is a monoline circle where a sun rises over a curling wave.
The mark, as found
Pressed
A pale sea-blue for the wave in her circle, vivid fuchsia for her electric violet, and black for the gold pass.
The night sailing
Then the second die: her emblem after dark. A crescent moon where the sun was, calm water where the wave broke, and a river longship gliding through – the hour on a cruise when the city turns gold and everyone goes quiet.
We made this out of love. Leatherius Woodman is on a mission to create and share artifacts of beauty, craft and love – this study is one of them, and we hope the feeling is mutual. Every image is a render – how we prototype before cutting a die.
