Minnie’s Travel Boutique × Leatherius Woodman – a leather stamping study

A July study.
Minnie’s Travel Boutique plans trips from Lynchburg, Virginia. Chris and Kristen Breedlove founded the agency and still run it together, and by their own count 2026 marks their tenth year of doing so. The promise on their homepage runs four words. “You Dream, We Plan.” A second phrase makes the attention personal: “Our Focus is You.” Ten years is a long time to keep a sentence that plain and still mean it.
The wordmark earned its place in this series on shape alone. Lower-case throughout, minnie’s stacked over travel boutique, in deep navy letters so heavy and rounded they look upholstered. A small red two-loop bow perches above the right shoulder of the second e, just ahead of the final s, with a white-outlined knot at its center. Rounded letterforms are the kindest gift a brand can hand a stamping die. The bow is the harder guest.
The mark, as found

Blueberry answers the deep navy of the wordmark, and poppy red picks up the warm accent of the bow. Black carries the gold foil. The fat letters take the deboss the way soft ground takes a footprint, full and clean at the edges. The bow’s tiny knot was our worry going in; in the renders it holds its outline, though only a cut die will settle the question for good.
“You Dream, We Plan.”
We took the promise literally. A crescent moon hangs at the top of the design, trailing the three Zs of comic-strip sleep, and partway down the Zs flatten out into a flight path that levels off above the words YOU DREAM WE PLAN. The sleeper’s shorthand turns into an itinerary. We went back and forth on whether the joke would read at tag width; it does, so we left it alone.
We made this out of love. Leatherius Woodman is on a mission to create and share artifacts of beauty, craft and love – this study is one of them, and we hope the feeling is mutual. Every image is a render – how we prototype before cutting a die.
