Three leather luggage-tag studies for Sunbeam Studio

Light measured in appointments and milestones
Sunbeam Studio is an independent Louisville, Colorado salon built around dimensional color, specialization, continuing education, client connection, and a laid-back luxury experience. Its sustainability work adds another practical layer to the studio's thoughtful approach.
The official identity is unusually delicate: an open-centered sun with alternating long and short rays, followed by a lowercase wordmark and a tiny, widely spaced “studio” line. A leather stamp cannot simply copy those hairlines, so these studies make the construction bolder and give it everyday meaning.
The tags could recognize stylists, educators, loyal clients, referral partners, vendors, or a studio anniversary. The images feel celebratory and luminous without becoming conventional salon merchandise.
Leather and treatment
Terracotta, warm ivory, and deep olive leather carry the same design in each family. Every ray and flag has been simplified for a real die, using blind impressions and quiet warm foil rather than delicate printed detail.
The three concepts
1. The Pendant Lamp
A hanging lamp casts a clean set of rays below it. The open circular bulb and alternating ray lengths begin with Sunbeam's mark, but the finished picture is simply a light switched on over the work.
2. The Standing Appointment
A wall clock reads ten past ten. Its open face and alternating tick cadence transform the sunburst inward, turning the studio's light rhythm into the ordinary structure of an appointment day.
3. Six Little Flags
Six solid pennants hang widely apart from one bold cord. Their count and generous spacing come from the tracked six-letter “studio” line, restrung as a clear celebration for anniversaries, milestones, and thank-yous.
