Come Bye Away to Me Leather Keychain – Sheepdog Herding Gift
About this piece
Come bye sends the dog clockwise around the flock, and away to me sends it the other way. To a stranger the pair reads like poetry, and to a handler it reads like a Saturday. A trainer's whistle hangs on its lanyard above the lettering, with Come bye in brush script and AWAY TO ME in engraved capitals.
Country gray is the color of a wet hillside and takes the deboss as a soft shadow. The design is pressed into full-grain leather with a metal die, and each fob is stitched by hand after you order.
