Crate Digger Leather Keychain – Vinyl Record Collector Gift
About this piece
Record collectors call the hunt crate digging, after the milk crates and cardboard boxes of used vinyl at shops and flea markets. A crate digger can lose a whole Saturday to one bin. A plain vinyl disc sits at the top of this fob, its label ring and center hole cut clean, above Crate in brush script and DIGGER in engraved capitals.
Sicilian brown is a rich mid brown, the color of the cardboard boxes under a record-fair table. The design is die-pressed into full-grain leather and made by hand to order. It suits the collector who carries a want list everywhere. Gold foil can be added at checkout, and every US order ships free.
