Marked It Send Me Leather Keychain – Retriever Duck Hunter Gift
About this piece
In the duck blind a good retriever marks the fall and then waits, trembling, for its name. This line is written from the dog's side of that conversation. A mallard drake rests on the water, and Marked it runs beneath in brush script. SEND ME follows in engraved capitals. Waterfowlers will hear their own dog in it.
Forest green is the color of the marsh edge and deepens gently with use. The design is pressed into full-grain hide by a metal die, and every keychain is stitched by hand after you order. At checkout you can add gold foil to the drake.
