I've purchased several bags and other gifts and everything was always perfect. The owner is super nice and responsive. This time, I purchased a medium and asked him to shorten the handles because I'm short (5'). I ordered it in "Indian Summer" and I think it's a little lighter than pictured-- it's a bright warm mustard (definitely not yellow); it's really gorgeous and tasteful. It's my near perfect bag. My only regret is that I didn't add the outside pocket, but that's something very small and my own fault. Million thanks!!

I ordered the large navy blue tote. The quality is excellent! It is exactly as described and shown in photos. It is larger than what I normally carry for a purse, but will be great on days when I need more of a tote for extra items, traveling, or grandchildren's hats, snacks, etc. They didn't skimp on the materials. The measurements are exactly as shown in the photo. I'm very happy with this purchase! And wish all the best to the people of Ukraine!

Bought 14 of the extra large, exterior pocket tote bags for corporate retreat gift. The colors were just as on the sample page. I had participant's monogram on the outside and their name on the inside pocket. Everyone loved them. The quality is top notch. Delivery was quick. Exactly as I expected! So happy. Nice weight, as heavy as a leather piece should be. Strap is sturdy, perfect length for me (see photo, I'm 5' 5.5", I purchased M size w/o zipper) I saw comments about "scratches", clearly they can be seen on photos of my bag, but that's a soft leather trait and I think makes it look l♡ved! Personally I have no issues with the look. Communication from seller; excellent. Definitely recommended and would not hesitate to make another purchase. Shipping note...concern w/order stating shipped but was in some pre-pick up phase for 11 days. Chatted w seller, understood this is due to it coming from overseas. Updates came when it arrived in US, then sure enough, bag arrived perfectly packaged and right on time!
