Portuguese fishermen once kept these dogs aboard to herd fish into the nets and swim messages from boat to boat. Our silhouette shows the curly coat in a fine ripple from nose to tail, with the plumed tail carried up in a ring. THE PORTIE is pressed below in engraved capitals.
On black leather the blind deboss shows as a glossy shadow within the hide, a match for the breed's common black coat. Each keychain is made by hand to order and pressed into full-grain leather with a metal die. Seventeen leather colors are available if you prefer another.
