Sentinel of the Sofa Leather Keychain – Lhasa Apso Owner Gift
About this piece
In Tibet the Lhasa Apso served as an indoor sentinel, sounding the alarm inside monasteries and homes while larger mastiffs kept watch outdoors. Modern Lhasas carry out the same duty from the sofa, announcing every footstep on the porch. Sentinel sits in brush script under the long-coated silhouette, and OF THE SOFA follows in engraved capitals on fuchsia leather.
Fuchsia is a vivid magenta pink. A metal die presses the design into full-grain hide as a blind deboss, and the leather softens and darkens over time. Every keychain is finished by hand once ordered. Gold foil can be chosen at checkout, and the US shipping is on us.
